About Indie Arto
Indie Arto is a project which I started sometime in December. It is a creative means for me to live out both my passion for writing and for music. It has given me the opportunity to discover great bands from all corners of the earth and also to share this with other enthusiastic music fans.
It all began one really boring day at the office, I was browsing the internet stumbling from site to site, pointlessly checking out random websites. Eventually I stumbled upon a couple of music blogs which led me to indie music blogs and then it hit me, "Why don't I start my own indie music blog?". It all began there, on day one I reviewed three albums and since then I have not dropped the pace. I tried to post at least three post a week and this included reviews, art, lyrics and there is also a couple of exclusive interviews on the way.
Since the start of this project, a friend of mine has also boarded the ship. He discovers new music, creates mixes and is also working on a couple of other inserts which will soon be available on the website. So check out for posts by Kangaroo. So with that said, I will you leave you with the following message, please return on a regular basis and feel free to download, comment and browse as much as you like.

Awesome Blogs!
Definition:
In popular music, independent music, often shortened to indie music or "indie", is a term used to describe independence from major commercial record labels and an autonomous, Do-It-Yourself approach to recording and publishing.
Independent labels have been known to strive for minimal influence on the artist they represent, avoiding the artist-cultivating behavior of many major labels.
